Increasingly, it is in the areas of negotiated design/build and managed contracts that the qualities of the group come to the fore and our years of construction experience and specialist skill can be best appreciated.

Retail/Distribution - Trafalgar SquareThe unique structure of the Group and availability of resources enables us to complete major projects up to $30 million in value, yet we are able to retain an operating philosophy that sees fairness, co-operation and attention to detail remain paramount.

The Group has regularly undertaken major contracts over the last 12 years such as the Trafalgar Square Shopping Complex in Wanganui with a current value of $20 Million, Thorndon New World in Wellington valued at approximately $10 Million, and some twenty Warehouse stores around the North Island valued at some $35 Million.

Refurbishment - Regent TheatreSimilarly, the Group's abilities have gained recognition through high-profile projects such as the Regent Theatre upgrade in Palmerston North valued at $8.5 Million (The Project Manager, Matthew McKinnon was the NZIOB Building Professional of the Year for this project) and highly acclaimed Adidas Institute of Rugby valued at $5.5 Million (The Project Manager Paul Booth being a finalist in the NZIOB Building Professional of the Year).
