The McMillan & Lockwood group continues to develop its reputation for integrity, competence, leadership and innovative thinking under the stewardship of its directors Dr Robert (Bob) S. Lockwood, Lloyd Berendt and John Lockwood.
With some 120 years experience between them, the group has expanded in scope of operation through its joint venture operations, Fosmac Ltd, and Lockwood Naylor Ltd, with both these companies providing our clients with the widest range of expertise available in all areas of construction.
As all come together under the control of a common management unit, the McMillan & Lockwood Group, we retain maximum flexibility to undertake a wide range of commercial and civil construction work, often within very constrained time frames, while maintaining a commitment to co-operation, quality, and fairness. Collectively, the strength and qualities of the McMillan & Lockwood Group are realised with our ability to complete individual contracts up to $60 million in value and at the forefront of our industry.

With the roots of our company going back to the 1800's, our reputation for integrity and competence has been built on a solid foundation and steadfast principles. Our commitment to this goal has seen the Group grow as we undertake a range of construction work, either in the tender market, or negotiated design/build and leaseback areas of construction. Owning all necessary construction equipment and formgear supplies, together with associate companies providing facilities such as tower and mobile cranes, we are well equipped to offer the best value building solutions.
Our streamlined management and construction processes, together with our commitment to Quality Assurance and Health and Safety, puts us in good stead to build on our proud history.
