Caldeon Apartments

Constructed in concrete/block and structural steel the apartments have complex curved roof structures and large glass frontage with a basement carpark area to service the eight apartments in the building.

With a view across the harbour this complex continues to make a visual statement in the area.

Designed by Page Henderson Architects the contract was valued at $2 Million and completed in 1998.
