Fraser Cove Shopping Centre

  • Designed for IMF (Fraser Cove) the complex was built in 3 stages consisting of:
  • Stage 1: Warehouse (being one of the largest in NZ)
  • Stage 2: Retail shopping units & office accommodation.
  • Stage 3: Retail shopping units & gym.

With a total value of $8.5 million extensive shop fitouts were included in the contract.

Many challenges were overcome to complete the total contract on time.

Excellent team work from all parties resulted in a successful working relationship being formed and continued for the duration of the 3 stage contract.
