Katikati College

This contract involved constructing a first floor structural on top of some existing classrooms and then in filling and refurbishing the ground floor areas.

This was to be achieved without exposing the existing classrooms to weather damage requiring the first floor area to be constructed with as much existing roof as possible being left in position. Completion in 2005 the building was valued at $2.3 Million and designed by Aptus Architectures Ltd.
