Matua Lifecare Retirement Village

The past two years have seen us construct some $5 Million of various work to provide apartments and hospital area for this retirement complex.

The construction has been undertaken in stages to ensure the complex has been able to continue its business with as little disruption to the occupiers.

Constructed with concrete floors and timber piling because of soft ground conditions the complex is single level with brick vener and concrete tile roofing.

All the work completed on site has been designed by Matrixx Consultants of Tauranga.
