Claymark Industries

Over $12 Million of construction has been completed on the site being new kiln slabs, debarker foundations, boiler and heat plant foundations, saw dust bunkers, underground tunnels, and a very large remanufacturing building.

Designed by Stiffe Hooker Ltd this work was completed over a period up to April 2007.

The client demanded a very high standard of finish to the structural steel framed building and precast panel work requiring high levels of supervision of all the subtrades involved.

The remanufacturing building has a large free span structure with a post-tensioned floor slab to eliminate construction and shrinkage joints.
